I’m a sociologist and educator who works alongside school communities. Our work might begin with a workshop built around a dilemma your faculty faces, a school climate study that brings students’ experiences into focus, or a Leadership Lab where your team can think through a difficult decision together.
WHO I'VE WORKED WITH
Every school has patterns that are easier to feel than to name. I bring a sociologist’s eye to what you’re noticing and help you explore how the same school can feel different to the people who learn and work there. Together, we put what we learn to work, whether you’re rethinking a practice to reach more students, rehearsing a difficult conversation, or deciding how to act in a way that reflects what your school stands for.
