Because we all need guidance and support as we navigate the complex and changing DEI landscape in our school communities, this coaching and consulting service provides teachers and administrators a "high-touch" and solution-oriented resource to meet various DEI-related needs.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) Coaching and Consulting provides individualized guidance and support for schools in multiple areas, including, but not limited to

  • Observation, evaluation, and actionable remediation for faculty struggling to understand identified DEI concerns in their classrooms

  • The need or desire for a neutral, third-party for faculty and staff who can provide a “brave space” that empowers individuals to ask difficult questions, engage in courageous conversations, and make mistakes, and who can also be a sounding-board for DEI-related curiosities while helping build confidence and resilience

  • Instructional guidance for faculty navigating best practices for pedagogy, curriculum, and/or classroom culture development with DEI at the core

  • Accountability partnerships and guidance for individuals working within their institution on self-directed or collaborative DEI-related projects and initiatives

  • Real-time, ongoing support and advice for administrators handling sensitive, DEI-related incidents, prioritizing confidentiality and restorative best practices for all involved.
