Working Together on Project

The DTW Equity Case Study Workshops (ECSW)

This series of workshops provides participants with an interactive, hands-on experience where they examine case studies on diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and social justice that are tailored to school type (independent, public, college/university, etc.) and grade level.

Taking Notes

The DTW Inclusive Leadership & Action Group (ILAG)

Designed for independent schools, this guided class and leadership cohort supports educators and administrators at all stages of their journey. It offers structured guidance and individualized support to help participants develop and implement action-driven solutions that enhance teaching, leadership, and school culture. Through collaboration and practical application, members strengthen their ability to create positive, lasting change within their school communities.

Business Meeting

The DTW Class

This class provides a foundational understanding of race as a social construction and racism as a structural feature of society, while helping participants connect their lived experiences to larger social forces and empowering them to practice active antiracism in their personal and professional lives.

The DTW Class Onboarding Experience

This class mirrors The DTW Class but is taught to an incoming cohort of faculty/staff throughout their first year or as a week-long intensive. It engages new employees in a shared, high-impact, interactive experience and fosters trust, mutual support, and a strong bond to each other and the school community.
